The Phantom Diary - 2005

The 2005 Diary was spiral bound again, so I can scan some pages for display.

I have chosen a cross section of pages showing Phantom cover art from all over the globe and in different eras, so you can see what he looks like to many other artists and cultures.

Yugoslavia in 1962 and Italy in 1967

India in 2001

Argentina (Tit Bits) and Turkey 1993

Germany in 1962 and USA in 2004

France in 1950 and Argentina in 1948

UK in 1967 and Denmark in 1964

The Phantom Diary - 1993

Published in 1993, this diary also has lots of snippets of Phantom strips, images and covers. Unlike the other diary I've posted which was spiral bound and easy to lay flat, this diary was bound using conventional hard cover binding, and I don't wish to damage the bind by scanning the inside.

Phantom Dynamic Trading Cards - wrapper

Wrapper from one of the Dynamic Phantom trading card sets released in the early nineties in Australia. If you saved the Phantom tokens and sent them in with a payment, you could get a Phantom trading card album.

The Phantom Diary - 2006

Published in Australia, the annual diary is a work of art, and usually has many pages of Phantom comics, strips and images. I never use them; they're too nicely made to be written in. :)

This is the cover and some of the pages inside.
